Philip Harris ACA

Philip has been part of the company for over 30 years and has a wide area of experience advising small and medium sized businesses. As a Chartered Accountant he has the necessary expertise to assist companies to develop and achieve their potential.

Having a number of business interests in addition to his role at Gordon Down & Company he is very acutely aware of the challenges that businesses face. Having the hands on experience he is able to relate to business owners and understand issues from their perspective.

Philip finds the most rewarding part of his job is the development of relationships with long term clients and sharing with then the ups and downs of business life.

Outside the office Philip’s time is taken up with his large family and Church activities. He sometimes admits to supporting the Swans but actively avoids any physical exertion himself!
